Remembering mother (inside his cabin)

david sat there in his room along contemplating the past of him losing his mother and adding the name to the k-9 unit. In her honor was a hard choice but in the end with Kayla's help and understanding he made the choice and he believes it was the right one.
He cried softly so he was not heard. He really never mourned her loss he fought to be strong and tried not to let it bother him. But in all honesty it did they were so close and she had to die but he knew she was not in pain anymore but at times that did not help him Sadly he felt really selfish about it He thought his father would have died before his mother did.
He turned on some of her favorite music softly in the background as he did his personal mourning to the music and tried to remember the good times they had. He had not spoken to his father in years and really did not care if they did or not. After his harsh words and all the heartache and mental issues from the unwitting or unknowing abuse from his father mostly verbal or mental. He refocused on his mother's memory.
He lit a few candles as he meditated on them as he continued to remember his mother.
